Baiwei heavy-duty structure machine table is more stable when working;We also reinforced the inside of machine table frame to make sure it’s strong and solid. Excellent sheet metal and reasonable structure design, providing a good foundation of firm machine.

After initial cutting, there are some burrs in the edge of the sheet metal, this step is for further processing, to ensure the straightness and accuracy of the plate.

Adopts Gas shielded arc welding, under CO2 protection, the welded joint is firm, without burr and beautiful.

We special built 6*18m annealing electric furnace at our factory to do heat treatment.The complete machine table will processing heat treatment with 600℃ high temperature,cooling for 24 hours,release the gravitational force,to prevent machine deforming or out of shape.

After heat treatment, there are some rust on the laser machine frame, it is necessary to grind,polish,and remove rust on this step, ensure the bright and clean surface.

We use dozens of cnc gantry and milling equipment to process our machine table and beam, to ensure each of our machine table and beam are processing with high precision cnc equipment.Choose us enjoy high precision within 0.01mm.

Baiwei machine need to spray three lacquer to complete this step, the first layer is the primer, the second layer is anti-rust paint, the third layer is topcoat，ensure the beautiful surface.

During the cutting process of the laser machine, there will be slag splashing.If you choose pvc or plastic tube, it’s easy to melt and cause blockage which will affect dust removal effect.That’s why we choose aluminum pipe.

During the cutting process, in order to prevent the steel melting and splashing on the machine tool and affecting the accuracy, we laid a layer of high-temperature refractory bricks.

In order to ensure our gantry beam moving fast, we choose cast aluminum instead of cast iron beam. Light weight can ensure its fast running speed, better hardness can guarantee its longer service life.

After assembly, we use Renishaw laser interferometer，original imported from Switzerland, value more than 30 thousand dollar,to test each machine’s precision, make precision compensation and reduce error.
